Odubel Herrera is a free agent who was signed by the Philadelphia Phillies in mid-March. In addition to the one-year contract, he also purchased a 2022 option worth $2.5 million. At first, the relationship between Herrera and the Phillies seemed to be a quiet one. But Herrera has been suspended for 85 games due to domestic violence. His erratic performance has cost him valuable playing time in center field, where he was penciled in to platoon with Ryan Vierling.
