The Cardinals traded for a young hurler in October. Gnesis Cabrera, who turned 22 this past October, struggled in Triple-A last season. But the right-hander has made his Triple-A debut and tossed two scoreless innings with three strikeouts. Although he is likely to return to Double-A in 2019, the right-hander still has his eye on the Major Leagues. Even though he lacks overpowering stuff, he can still be an effective starter.
