Alexander Reyes is an American professional baseball pitcher who was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He was recently purchased by the St. Louis Cardinals on August 9, 2016. He will serve as a relief pitcher for the team. Last season, Reyes made his major league debut against the Cincinnati Reds, and struck out fellow rookie Adam Duvall. Since then, Reyes has been in the bullpen and is a reliable option to get out of a jam.
