The Los Angeles Angels have optioned outfielder Chad Wallach to Triple-A after losing Max Stassi to the injured list. Wallach could be in the lineup as early as Sunday. He has played 78 games for the club in the past five seasons. The Angels sent Wallach to Triple-A on Monday. The club will use Kurt Suzuki as a back-up to Stassi, but Wallach could return to the Angels in the future if the team decides to move on from Suzuki.
