Whether or not you’re a fan of the Atlanta Braves, you’ve probably heard about Kirby Yates. He’s a former Padre who signed with the Braves in late November. He’ll start the 2022 season on the injured list after undergoing Tommy John surgery in March 2021. Yates has been impressive when fully healthy, but his recent health history is not entirely clear. He converted 53 of his 57 save chances last season.
