The Pittsburgh Pirates just signed free agent outfielder Ke’Bryan Hayes to a record-setting contract worth nearly seventy million dollars. Although this contract makes Reynolds a lock to be with the Pirates through 2025, his market value is considerably higher than that. The first baseman won the National League Rookie of the Year award last season and is projected to reach All-Star status in 2021.
