The Baltimore Orioles have claimed outfielder Lucius Fox off waivers from the Kansas City Royals. In his first year with the major league club, Fox attended Heritage High School in Florida. After signing with the Giants, Fox was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays, and he was later traded to the Kansas City Royals. The Orioles, however, claimed him and the Nationals are now his new team.
