The hype train continues to build around the young Tampa Bay shortstop. Brujan, who signed with the Rays for $15,000 in 2014, has shown off both his speed and plate discipline in the minors. He swiped 55 bases last year between A-ball and High-A, and he could easily top the league in stolen bases. He is also capable of batting above average, and should make his major league debut within the next year.
