After battling injury issues and missing the majority of the 2018 season, Miles Mikolas may return to the Major Leagues this weekend. He has not pitched in the majors since March of last year, and only made 32 starts over the last two years. He has undergone several surgeries, and his return to the majors should change the Cardinals’ outlook on their rotation. In the meantime, the Cardinals are gaining a veteran pitcher who can provide innings in early August and September.
