Carlos Carrasco

Right-hander Carlos Carrasco had surgery to remove a bone fragment from his elbow. The procedure was performed by Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Carrasco was acquired from Cleveland in January. After tore his right hamstring during spring training, he did not make his major league debut until July 30. He ended up going 1-5 with a 6.04 ERA in 12 starts. Nevertheless, his future remains in doubt.
