The Miami Marlins announced Tuesday that rookie right-hander Paul Campbell has been suspended 80 games due to a positive drug test. He tested positive for dehydrochlormethyltestosterone, a form of performance-enhancing drug. The suspension took effect immediately, so the Marlins can make use of Campbell’s time on the disabled list. Campbell, who was acquired in December via Rule 5 draft from Tampa Bay, said he never knowingly ingested a PED and has no idea what it is.
