The Los Angeles Dodgers are a baseball team and the player Phillip Bickford is currently the starting pitcher. Born in Ventura, California, Bickford grew up there. He was drafted by the Giants in the 18th round in 2018. As of April 2019, he has pitched only 17 innings in the major leagues. In 2017, Bickford was suspended 50 games for drug abuse and a wrist fracture, but he seems to have learned from his setback. The upcoming season will see him pitched in the big leagues and he will have a full plate to pitch.
