After a rough start to the season, Jhoulys Chacin has signed a two-year, $1.25 million contract with the Colorado Rockies. The deal also includes $500,000 in performance bonuses. Chacin is coming off of a no-decision in his first appearance against the New York Yankees, but he showed flashes of his potential. In fact, Chacin has a 4.36 ERA in two starts this season, and is currently 2.7% owned in ESPN Leagues.
