Brian Serven’s first at-bat in his MLB career was a memorable one. The former Coachella Valley High School graduate fouled off the first pitch thrown to him by Logan Webb. The ball landed near his parents’ seats, and a fan was able to catch it. Serven’s parents were touched, and they were given the ball by the Rockies, which was autographed by former Rockies star Brendan Rodgers.
