The Cincinnati Reds have acquired left-handed-swinging former stalwart Tyler Naquin from the Cleveland Indians. The 25-year-old brings versatility and experience to the outfield. Though Naquin has had his share of ups and downs in his career, he has recently shown promise during spring training. The left-handed-swinging slugger edged fellow left-handed OF Mark Payton, who is expected to start at fifth base on Opening Day.
