The Baltimore Orioles signed Flix Bautista from the Marlins in February. While Bautista is a highly-regarded prospect, the 2019 season will likely be his first in the majors. Though his 2020 season was cancelled, he already established himself as a top prospect for 2021. He torched his three Baltimore minor league affiliates, reaching Triple-A. In 2018, he posted a 1.45 ERA while striking out over 40% of opponents.
